I don't consider the bump timer a nerf to anything......because you can't patch stupid.
Idiots will still mine AFK, and still fly blingy freighters carrying 3 PLEX thru Uedama on autopilot.
While watching Netflix.
And as for 'goon funding', sorry, most of the CODE treasury comes from popping said freighters.

Also, the bump timer means nothing if you are AFK autopiloting. Or AFK, period.
And people have already found a way around it.
So much for the 'bump timer'.
